Cancellations and missed appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours verbal notice will be charged at the full consult fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) also incur the full cost, including for Community Services Card holders. This keeps things fair for everyone and lets us make the most of available appointments.
